CCSC seeks Assistant Program Manager,
Emergency Services–Central (part-time)

Christian Community Service Center is a social service agency supported by 40+ churches in central/southwest Houston. Our aim is to alleviate the effects of poverty.  We are currently searching for a professional to join our staff as part-time Assistant Program Manager of Emergency Services-Central. Emergency Services was created to meet the basic needs of clients in crisis (offerings include food, clothing, hygiene items, referrals to other agencies, and emergency payment for rent, utilities and medical).

The Assistant Program Manager helps oversee service delivery to clients and ensures effective operations through volunteer management and coordination of resources and materials. This position involves 25 hours weekly; 2-3 Saturdays per month are included.

Program and/or volunteer management experience, solid organization skills, a passion for service, demonstrated leadership and computer proficiency are required for consideration. College degree, Spanish fluency and database experience are strongly preferred.
