Christian Community Service Center (CCSC) is a well-established social service agency supported by 40+ churches in central/southwest Houston. The organization’s aim is to alleviate the effects of poverty, and we have the following two positions open:
Christian Community Service Center seeks a Program Director who will focus on developing the agency’s program offerings in the employment area. Candidates must be college-degreed, have 5 years of nonprofit, HR or related experience, and have proven leadership skills. Candidates should be extremely well-organized, possess good communication skills, proficiency in database management, and have an interest in CCSC’s mission and workforce development.
Christian Community Service Center seeks a Program Manager for the Emergency Services-Central program. This position supervises 1-2 part-time assistant manager(s), and ensures effective operations through volunteer leadership, coordination of resources, and community collaborations. Candidates must be college-degreed, have volunteer and/or program management experience, solid organization skills, a passion for service, and computer proficiency. Spanish fluency and database experience and are ideal.
